In Windows 98/Me/2000/XP/Vista/7/8/10 and other Windows OS, you can delete .ttf, .otf, .ttc, .fon fonts by:

Opening the Control board and opening the "Font " software and click "delete" to delete it.

Tip: It is slightly different in different operational systems and you should adjust it.
